- Workes as it should
- Hello, Seems there is an available commercial product made by Microchip: http://www.microchip.com/stellent/idcplg?IdcService=SS_GET_PAGE&nodeId=1406&dDocName=en535259 Price offered is: USD 79.98 Is your project offering features not available in the commercial version? What is the evaluated cost of your project realization (recurrent hardware cost part) Why do not extend the feature to manage not so EEPROMS but also PIC and parallel components programming?
- Anonymous, Thanks for your comment! The OpenProg project (at http://openprog.altervista.org/) doesn't support parallel devices programming (such Flash / E(E)PROM's - eg: found as BIOS chip into PC motherboards) - only serial devices are supported (PIC's, ATMEL, I2C and SPI EEPROM's, etc) by OpenProg programmer. I'm starting this project for substitute my old Willem / EzoFlash progammer (with deprecated parallel port interface) - for a modern, USB port based and 'inexpensive' programmer.
